Teknik pembuatan kerupuk bawang ikan bandeng (Chanos chanos) untuk pemberdayaan perempuan di Gampong Ulee Pulo Kabupaten Aceh Utara (Processing techniques of onion crackers from milk fish (Chanos chanos) for women empowerment at Ulee Pulo Village District of Aceh Utara)

The purpose of this community service is to increase the knowledge women in village Ulee Pulo, North Aceh Regency, Indonesia about processing techniques pond cultivation products, namely milkfish onion crackers. This activity used a survey method and direct outreach. consisted determining location group, while outreach preparing materials tools, processing, organoleptic testing (scoring test). components test taste, odor, shape, color, savory. Panelists who gave assessments included apparatus, lecturers, with total 25 panelists. Questionnaires were see level success activity. observation results activity, it known that can improve family welfare empowerment group (Pemberdayaan Kesejahteraan Keluarga/PKK) into Also, added value especially when harvest abundant. Organoleptic showed color score 5(Yellow-brown), odor 4,3 (the scent milkfish), texture 5 (crunchy), salty taste (salty ideal), savory 4,6 (tasty).
